Hi Stephen,As you may have gathered I am not one who normally writes letters like this!
During our move to new premises we have encountered problems with everything from new computers through to the b****y floor covering and every conceivable point in between. Apart from you guys, especially Paul, who stand out as the only supplier we deal with who gives a care for what they're doing, knows what they're talking about and simply gets on and does it, quickly, with no fuss. Through all the grief I give you, because your whole world is a complete mystery to me, you all remain calm, polite and efficient.
