Citation was established in 1996 and gives over 35,000 businesses HR and health and safety support. Whilst a hugely successful business, the website wasn’t reflective of this success and didn’t accurately reflect the company’s offering. Not only that, technically the site needed improvement to increase performance, usability and ultimately conversion.
Citation was also looking for a new set of eyes – a proactive agency to push forward new ideas and recommendations.
First Internet is engaged by Citation on a retainer basis to offer continual improvements to their website. Following an initial and extensive audit we put an initial strategy together covering a mixture of marketing, UX design recommendations and development work which evolves each month depending upon requirements. Examples of work completed for Citation includes significant improvements to site speed and a redesign of the service page to make the contact forms more prominent when the user lands on the page.
As part of our ongoing work we regularly carry out focus groups tests and use the results to inform our design and copy writing decisions.
