Business As Usual

In light of recent guidelines surrounding COVID-19 we would like to reassure clients and potential clients that there will be no disruption to service. All of our providers are operating as business as usual and service will remain uninterrupted, in the event of a company we are using ceasing trading, we have the files needed to rapidly get the site hosted elsewhere. Unless further advised agreed deadlines will continue to be met and projects continuing as normal.  In terms of staff, FI staff are not in a high risk category and we have taken precautions to protect our staff – operating split shifts, promoting personal hygiene and social distancing. We are in a fortunate position where all staff can work from home and we have tested this over the last week. Emails will operate as usual, in the event of a Government decision to close all offices, phone calls will be diverted to a central contact. Updates will be provided as usual.
